Project Description:

IVI worked with Grant 4-D Farms and Jones Construction, both of Rupert, Idaho, in planning the ideal air ventilation system for their “Jones” style of storage building. The building can store up to 240,000 CWT (12,000 tons) of potatoes. The ventilation system equates to 25 cfm’s per ton of potatoes. The storage system utilizes IVI’s state-of-the-art technology with the Centurion Control Panel and Ethernet. With a smart phone or iPad, storage parameters can be accessed and controlled, as well as reviewing events and downloading history.
