We salute growers this 4th of July

We salute growers!

Our control panels for growers’ stored potatoes are built on trust. Our Imperium and Centurion control panels are engineered and manufactured in America, all under one roof. High-quality materials and meticulous, innovative engineering provides a control system growers rely on, around the clock.

Our relationships with growers are also built on trust. They turn to our service and sales team for reliable products and the service to back them. We work in collaboration on new, customized, storage building systems, in order to maximize both our technology and our grower’s potential.

Happy 4th of July!

As you celebrate our country’s birthday and the freedoms and liberties on which it is founded, think of our country’s farmers and growers. They deliver delicious, wholesome, high-quality, and safe food for all of us to conveniently enjoy.

Need some All-American fare for your celebration?

May we suggest this simple potato salad recipe featuring farm fresh potatoes. It’s sure to be a hit at the BBQ.
Serves 6

  • 2 lbs small to medium red potatoes
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbs white vinegar
  • 3 scallions, sliced
  • 3 stalks celery, sliced
  • 5-6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
  • fresh dill, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cook cleaned potatoes in a large pot of salted water until a sharp knife can easily puncture. Do not overcook; you want the potatoes to hold their shape. Cool under cold water. Cut into bite-size pieces. Combine potatoes, mayonnaise, scallions, vinegar and celery. Gently mix. Add sliced hard boiled eggs, salt and pepper and gently mix. Give it a taste and add small amounts of mayonnaise and/or vinegar to taste or to reach preferred creaminess. Garnish with minced dill and enjoy.
